Arrivals are only possible on Fridays or Sundays! We do not rent on an annual basis. The minimum stay is 2 nights. During school holidays, we only rent by the week!

During school holidays, a week is from Saturday to Saturday(7 overnight stays ). Outside school holidays, it can start on any day of the weekend.

A weekend is from Friday to Sunday (2 overnight stays). A midweek is from Sunday to Friday (5 nights).

For rentals of 2 consecutive weeks, a discount of 10% is given.

After request, possible deviations are possible.

The studio is available from 17h on arrival and must be vacated by 13h on departure.

Conditions:
A pre-payment  of the rent must be paid upon reservation within 4 working days. The rest of the rent and a deposit of €150 must be paid into the account 4 days before arrival. We will refund the deposit within 14 days. If the studio has not been adequately cleaned, a flat fee of at least €50 will be charged!
At the end of the holiday, consumption will be settled (electricity, water and heating according to meters).
For your information: average water consumption per person per day is 100l, average electricity consumption 10kwh per person per day ==> €6 per person per day
If the tenant changes the rental period less than 28 days before the start, a fixed charge of €50 will be made. In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following compensation will be applied:

• More than 28 days before the start of the rental period: €50
• Between 28 and 14 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the deposit with a minimum of €40
• Less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: full deposit
