Arrival is only possible on Friday or Sunday! (unless otherwise agreed with us) We do not rent on an annual basis. The minimum stay is 2 nights.

During school holidays, a week is from Saturday to Saturday(7 nights ). Outside school holidays it can start on any day of the weekend.

A weekend is from Friday to Sunday (2 overnight stays). A midweek is from Sunday to Friday (5 overnight stays).

Any variations are possible upon request.

The flat is available from 17h on arrival and must be vacated by 13h on departure.

Conditions:
A deposit of the rental price must be paid upon reservation within 4 working days. The rest of the rent and a deposit of €200 must be paid into the account 7 days before arrival. We will refund the deposit within 14 days. If the flat has not been adequately cleaned, a flat fee of at least €50 will be charged.
At the end of the holiday, consumption will be settled (electricity, water and heating according to meters).
For your information: average water consumption per person per day is 100l, average electricity consumption 10kwh per person per day ==> €6 per person per day

Only 20% of the rent paid is for the use of the furniture.

If the tenant changes the rental period less than 28 days before the start, a flat rate of €50 will be charged. In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following compensation will be applied:

• More than 28 days before the start of the rental period: €50
• Between 28 and 14 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the deposit with a minimum of €50
• Less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: full deposit
